I am a teenage stutterer too (age 14). If you live in the US you can enroll in therapy at school for free, even if you are home school. It is the law. I've been stuttering for as long as I remember. My mom always knew I had a speech problem. I've been going to speech therapy during school. In elementary school I got to miss class and then in middle school I got to miss p.e. Now that I am high school I've withdrawn from speech therapy. My speech therapy and I (along with one of my teacher present, who happened to be one of my favorite teachers) and my assistant principle) had a meeting discussing withdrawing. We concluded that it would be best to withdraw and that I have developed enough techniques to help. (I would also be special ed if I graduated and was still taking speech I think.) Stuttering can be frustrating though >.< I sometimes have trouble saying my name then people say stuff life, "you don't even know your own name...haha." But, as most people are, they are foolish and don't know I stutter so I can't hold too much of a grudge. I liked speech therapy. All of the people were nice and they helped. Maybe you could try /r/Australia (assuming you're Australian since you used "mom" and "grade" instead of year) and ask if there is a way you can be provided with free therapy. Anyways, good luck!
