I am a female who stutters! I am only 19 tho, so I don't have much expirience with jobs, but I did get into a university based on an interview, so I guess that wasn't a problem. Now my professors are chill, one even told me that "I'm easy to talk to" which at first I thought was a bad thing, because I would never call myself an easy interlocutor, but when he saw my confusion he told me he means it in a good way, so that was so nice and made me so happy. I don't date anymore, I have Tourette's as well so I gave up, it's too complicated for me and just not worth it, I have too much stuff to worry about, so I don't want to add to it. I do have amazing friends tho, some of whom I met even before I started stuttering so I was very afraid about the transition, but it was fine. And those who I met already stuttering are cool with it as well. I used to have troubles with people making fun of me, now there is a group that makes fun of me at Uni, but it's nowhere near as bad as it used to be, and I react diffrently, so we just mostly stay of each others way.
