It's not hard to interact with the patients. After a while you get used to it and get relaxed around them, especially since they are at a lower level than you. The hard part, I'm sure you know, is interacting with the seniors. I just make sure they know that I have a stutter so that they don't get too annoyed. But even then, boy is it nerve racking.
