When I got my internship at an aerospace engineering company, the interview process was actually fun (whoda thunk it right?) I went in completely unprepared as far as my speech goes. I had my talking points and strengths and weaknesses and all that, but I hadn't thought about how I would overcome my stutter. The thing is, I didn't. I advertised right off the bat and actually had to explain stuttering to one of my interviewers. They received it well and didn't think it was anything that would impact my job performance. I stuttered quite a bit during the interview, and I was just as honest as I could be. It worked and I was hired 2 weeks later after 4 different interviews with various engineering managers. Just be honest and positive man.
