Have you sat down to talk about this with her? Just starting a dialogue is a good start and getting her own feelings on her stuttering. I can't recommend the StutterTalk podcast enough because it's truly been a source of help for me for the past year and a half. Some of the more recent episodes are good, but also digging back into archives there are others too. I think these would be relevant to you guys “The pressure that I feel to be fluent is mostly the result of me wanting to be like everybody else…Look, this is what it is. You stutter; you can either accept it or wallow in it…Fluency has just become something that I find is not necessary and I would rather just be happy with being myself and doing the things that I want to do despite my stuttering.” http://stuttertalk.com/let-stuttering-rip-ep-577/ http://stuttertalk.com/the-pressure-to-be-like-other-people-ep-591/ http://stuttertalk.com/this-is-a-cool-time-to-be-a-stutterer-ep-593/ http://stuttertalk.com/the-roller-coaster-ride-of-stuttering-ep-587/
