Why does every other disability get a pass except for stutterers?

Why does every other disability get a pass except for stutterers? When a kid with Down syndrome or Cebral palsy walks across stage at graduation everyone claps and cheers, and they make national headlines. But when I stutter in front of my class, and my crush everyone laughs at me. Why is it ok for everyone to mock stuttering? It’s not funny and it has made my life a living hell and I hate it. There’s accommodations for blind people, fat people, hearing impaired.. but there’s nothing for us.. why do we get laughed at? I’ve been on this earth for 3 decades and I’ve never witnessed another stutterer in public ever.. everyone is so scared to talk because we will get laughed at.. we always get “the stare” we always the the silence in the room and we always get laughed at!! Go to hell god dammit!!! Go to hell!!!!! I’m a person too god dammit!!!!!
