Where are you from? What is your field? Like I keep saying, lots of stutterers are employed. The problem isn't the stutter. If that were the case, we'd all be destitute. The problem is either that you're being unfairly discriminated against (law depends on country), or that you're applying for jobs where voice communication skills are exceedingly vital. I'd obviously advise you not to go for those.
