I spent my whole childhood in speech therapy. One speech therapist actually suggested I learn sign language because my stutter wasn't getting better. I was laughed at and taunted and socially isolated because of my stutter. I got stuck on words, repeated words, made weird faces as I got stuck on words. My stutter is very bad. Always has been. Read through this subreddit - most stutterers find partners. It just takes the effort of mixing socially. And like I said before; even handsome guys who speak fluently strike out from time to time. It takes time and effort and not every girl you get a crush on will feel the same way about you. And, many young women don't want to be tied down and will date several people and dump guys until she finds the one she's the most attracted to. Remember; there are literally billions of women out there - one of them is for you. You just need to get out there and find her.
