Well, I learned that you have to have terpenes enzymes with the CBD. You can get that from a lavender oil or something else. I made another post but it vanished, without explanation (but I have an explanation now). The oil should not be over-heated, so that the terpenes enzymes in it stay effective (unknown dosage and lack of enzymes could be why some other CBD does not have much affect). Terpenes are a helper enzymes that are naturally in many oils, helps the CBD be absorbed. For me the 300mg, 30 capsule product worked; Tranquility by the Get Zen brand. I'm not allowed to say the dosage. And I guess if anyone wanted more info they could send a private message. Right now I'm making my own capsules... update, this did not work out. Do not make your own. Give your doctor some research info so that they can advise you. CBD product one did give me added clarity and focus. And I did find that the feeling of being overwhelmed decreased. But that anxiety came back in a week after I ran out. CBD product number two did not work. And now I'm making my own for myself. I think there is no need to do dangerous drug experimenting (for those considering meds) because CBD can work on the anxiety or depression. Or it can just take the edge off.
