I tried all forms in high doses, together it was megadosing and also with cofactors (other Bs and minerals) and unfortunately nothing happened. They were all from Elliot Overton (objective nurrient brand) if you interested, he is doing research and lot of work with B1. He will be releasing new form of B1 that so far wasn't available for public.
