Getting Stuck in a Block Loop

Getting Stuck in a Block Loop I’ve gotten stuck in a loop at times...where I will settle on a word, committed to it...and literally blocked for up to 10-15 seconds....just making that initial sound rapid-fire like a machine gun...feeling like I HAD to see it through...and there’s a weird point somewhere in that time frame when I realize that I can’t stop now, it would be too weird, but knowing that it’s already going to be weird because it’s gone on too long.
