I just got tired of it. I got tired of being the victim; the fish going into the shark tank; the quivering sinner awaiting judgment by an all-mighty God. It's not an easy switch to make and my experiences certainly played a role. I'd also recommend r/nofap. Take ownership of it. I haven't accepted it within myself, but with oral presentations I will because it's imperative that I express confidence in those environments.
