I agree completely! The first step to progress is to acknowledge that we panic from anticipatory fear resulting in stop breathing out or stop moving our tongue during a speech block. Always **believe** that you can overcome this: 'perceiving', 'associating' and 'blaming' of anticipatory fear. Question: What is your exact strategy to 'overcome it by believing'?
