Scared to fail

Scared to fail I'm about to start my Registered Nurse program this fall. I'm a 22-year old male who has stuttered ever since I can remember. I'll say my stutter has it's good days and bad days. Sometimes It takes me several tries to get the words out. Back to the point, I'm scared to fail in my upcoming courses. This is the career I've wanted all my life, but I can only think of giving horrendous oral presentations or failing to communicate with my patients. I don't do any sort of exercises or anything to alleviate the stuttering, so if any of you have a tip or two, or even a story you'll want to share, feel free to post.
