I don't understand what you are confused about. But I can try again. Let me know what specifically confuses you. Quite simply, the general consensus on this sub (we) are of the opinion that Stuttering is not something that can be "stopped". Frankly, thinking in those terms is mostly seen as decremental in the journey to come to terms with one's stuttering. In my experience and from what I have gathered on this sub, mental training as you suggest, doesn't seem to have a discernible impact on stuttering. For a while I thought that mindfulness and meditation was helping but in the end I released it was just changing my relationship with my stutter than actually "stopping" it.
