I just accept that many won't be okay with it or will be embarrassed by me. I think having a pet would really help. It also helps to have a caring significant other. And siblings. There are still tons of people who don't care that I stutter. Mostly people with their own disabilities or ailments. Usually someone has to experience disability to truly not be judgemental of those with disabilities.
