How to not get nervous while or before speaking I have two kind of stuttering type One is very light and and I don't feel nervous at all talking, if I stutter I feel like I can overcome it, this true when speaking with family members friends or people I feel super comfortable with Second type is very severe I get very anxious my heart beat fast I get confused, Iget block a lot or repeating the same verbs, sometimes it feel like its impossible to say the words without twitching, this happens with the rest of people sometimes its better tho I know if I be very chill and not get stress I can speak much fluently, at my work I'm constantly feeling small pressure in my chest like my mind put me in alert mode watching for danger, I tred to meditate and still it doesn't get better
