Voice recordings during phone calls. Anyone else? My secret tool: record hard-to-say speech using QuickTime (or similar program) in your own privacy, make the call, and then play the audio recordings through laptop speakers into your phone (on speaker phone), as needed. This has completely changed my phone game, and I'm able to do it without anyone ever noticing on the other end. Banks, insurance, doctors, etc with no problem. I can usually predict key information that usually causes the issues (my name, phone number, insurance number, etc) and have these files saved for quick re-use. If something critical comes up mid-call, I kindly put the caller on hold, record, take the call off hold, and then playback. Curious if anyone else does this? Wanted to share it out in case anyone wants to give it a try.
