I think all the tips are good. The point is to reduce stress. If you're tired, you stutter more. If you're hungry, you may stutter more. I notice when I'm PMSing, my stutter get significantly worse. So I try drink tea and do yummy things that take away my stress (bubble baths, good books, paint my nails a nice color). Sounds simple, but less stress equals better fluency for me.
