I don't mind it when people complete my sentences either, especially if it's someone close to me. It's a relief. They know I stutter, I know I stutter, I don't care if someone else gets out the word before I'm able to so we can continue the rest of what I wanted to say. Even at restaurants or something I don't mind it too much. If they get it wrong, I just say "no" and keep trying to get the word out, maybe they'll guess something different and it will be right or not. Not a big deal. In the end it's just someone trying to help you out and I have nothing wrong with that. Most people don't know how to react to stutterers because it's an uncommon disorder. I know a lot of people hate having that happen, but not me. What's way, way, way worse is when you're in a stutter and someone tells you to "speak slower" as if that would help.
