I like 90% of Tropic Thunder. The 10% I don't like is Simple Jack. After all, how did Simple Jack go full retard? He stuttered. Thats it. Other than that, his behavior doesnt actually seem out of line with more serious portrayals. But add a stutter? Full Retard.
