I do sometimes yes, but when i do i try to remember my techniques. These techniques being, calming my mind, taking a deep breath, focusing on timing my breaths between words/sentences and thinking to myself that people don't care about my stutter. Also, if any of this doesn't work for some reason i use a different sentence/word. Also, always stay positive! Good luck.
