Are people with a stutter more likely to have ADHD?

Are people with a stutter more likely to have ADHD? If you have ADHD, what made you realize? And how was your performance in higher education before and after realizing? And lastly, if you took medications for it, how did it affect your performance and perhaps speech? Whole bunch of questions, but I’d really really appreciate some answers!
