Thank you.. I've got another one coming up. What helps me is reading and I extend the vowels in my first few words like "Heeeeellloo, hooow are yoou?" It might seem strange but you'd be surprised how much it helps the fluidity of the rest of the sentence. And I also record myself, on my phone or laptop, reading aloud and play it to myself. I know it's weird watching yourself stutter but it helps you accept it more. I also send my close friends audio messages on whatsapp and stuff.. and when I see how normally they react to my stutter (I stutter a lot on audio messages lol), it reassures me. And it's very common for even fluent people to hate the way they sound when they listen to themselves speak in a recording or video. Good luck to you!
