I’m pretty confused by this post. Less I misunderstood what you said, you exercise control over your speech fluency? As in, you would willingly choose to speak worse than you’re able? The part about choosing where to block really gets me. Can’t imagine a scenario where someone would willingly block unless they’re literally acting.
