I just did a presentation for an Anatomy and Physiology lab with 40 people. It was 5 minutes long over the urinary system, which is kind of a hard word for me to say. The preparation for this moment was over 3 weeks so the pressure increased as the day of the presentation got closer. Everything went according to plan and I didn’t stumble once. The aftermath was so worth it! Lowkey I’m kind of glad that such an insignificant event for so many people can generate such an exiting moment for me. If you have the opportunity to do a presentation, do it. the growth I achieved in those 3 weeks feels life changing.
