I've devoloped a stutter in the past year at age 30...wtf?

I've devoloped a stutter in the past year at age 30...wtf? It isnt all the time. But, its like some days i stutter when i frist start speaking. and then am fine. and other days im completely fine. It's pretty noticeable. Anyone else have this happen? Any guesses on why?
