Why isn't there a treatment for Stuttering?

Why isn't there a treatment for Stuttering? There are No treatments that help us stutters speak more normally and effectively! Speech therapy is just useless and it didn't help me one bit, i still have difficulty speaking, It's so annoying, why isn't there some type of medicine or something that effectively treats Speech disorders?
