Interesting thoughts. Kinda goes along the lines of "Fake it until you make it" which does work for people. Personally speaking, the biggest challenge for me is maintaining this disconnect from my thoughts. As humans we think a lot about situations and outcomes - leading to anxieties. Same with stuttering; the more somebody thinks about a situation the more wound up they become about it. Hence making their speaking worse cause they're far from the present moment. This is why I place a huge emphasis on positive health and wellbeing. Everything is a product of our thoughts and we need to take care of ourselves. Deep breathing, to relax ourselves, sharing gratitude, and meditation are just a few ways we can begin to see change.
