Calling stuttering a habit is incredibly ableist. It's not like cracking your knuckles or some shit. It actually has anatomical causes, it's not something we accidentally learn how to do one day and continue to do. Sure you can teach yourself how to speak differently, but is that actually truly fluency? Do what you want with your therapy, but don't talk about stuttering like it's a parasite. It's pretty self-hating imo.
