Is there someone who is in charge? That may be a point person. But, as u/Ryanm715 said below I think being very up-front and saying if you continue doing this I'm taking this to someone in charge is a good idea as well. You're clearly upset by this or you wouldn't have reached-out here. You shouldn't have to suffer because of her insensitivity. You're worth more than that.
