It basically slows down the nervous system so the anxiety doesn't kick in when talking/stuttering, So as I said, in some situations It helped but in some his anxiety just surpassed the dosage ig.. idk how to put it in words. I hope this makes sense and also btw Keep in mind this supplement has to be taken in a very controlled manner so it can lead to an addiction if went unchecked
