The best thing I did in classes was tell my teachers before the very 1st class that I have a speech problem. They understood and wouldn’t just randomly call me to talk or read out loud. And just telling people you have a speech problem is a burden off your chest. If people actually know you have an issue they’re a lot less likely to laugh on slip ups. If kids still laugh and your teacher does nothing about it, then go straight to the principal and tell them the teacher can’t control their classroom. We live in a day and age where literally anything inconvenient is unacceptable. So take advantage of that. People will be on your side now more than ever
