But man he makes a point here, almost every issue in a PWS life a stuttering issue when it comes to getting hired and fiddling a job, let’s not ignore the elephant in the room and the fact that employers view us as some work machines that have to perform efficiently in every aspect of the job, I’ve never came across a job ad where the “good communication skills both verbal and written” is not mentioned with the requirements unless it’s a labourer job or a cleaner, these are the criteria that he has to meet and this how hiring works. And he’s not selling himself short he knows exactly what’s going on in their minds and demonstrating his ability to perform better and willingness accept less It’s a smart move but unfortunately it didn’t work because he’s unlucky, BTW i am a severe stutterer too and i can relate to everything he said
