Find out what you like to do and see if there's a social club or something relating to that. You can talk to people, get used to using certain syllables, hang out. That's how I learn, in grade school I couldn't get a word out, I was a butt of all the jokes but I still put myself out there, made friends. to the point that they stuck up for me. Speech improves, now I only stutter when I speak to my strict mom.
