one thing people miss about controlling a stutter is that having consistent work with a therapist who knows what they're doing makes way more difference than trying random techniques on your own. I've heard good things about Better Speech for this kind of thing, they connect you with licensed speech therapists online so you don't have to deal with waitlists or driving somewhere after school.
