When I talk, nothing that I thought of comes out. I’m 20 and I’ve been stuttering since I was a kid. Never really knew why and hadn’t really tried to confront it till now. I guess I’m really getting frustrated now because when I start to talk, not a single one of my thoughts come out correctly, even if I write them down, my brain just begins to get scrambled. I’ve also noticed that my stutter isn’t so bad when I’m talking to someone I’m familiar with or comfortable with. It also completely disappears when I’m drunk HAHA. I want to learn how to deal with it because I want to be able to express my thoughts better through speaking. I won’t be able to get any form of speech classes right now because of COVID and we’re all still quarantined. How did you guys start to work on improving your speech?
