I have a stammer but I took initiative and I got speech therapy and it changed my life. I encourage everyone who has the opportunity to get therapy and to follow through with the principles. Those who do the life is changed forever those who don't will have wasted their money because they didn't follow the principles. Before you criticize I know what I speak I've been doing it for 41 years I've seen those who did. And those who don't
