Hi! Hope you’re doing well :) I’m currently working with some community partners who are trying to improve speech transcription and captioning tools so they work better for everyday conversations. If you’ve used tools like Google Live Transcribe, Apple Live Captions, Ava, Innocaption, CapTel, SpeakEasy, or other captioning/transcription apps, I’d really love to hear about your experience. Do they usually work well for you, or are there situations where they tend to struggle or get frustrating? Also, if you’d be open to it, we’d really appreciate doing a short interview to learn more about your experiences.
