if you have the type of stuttering that only happens around people but not when you’re alone… Or say if you stutter less when talking to very close people or yourself as opposed to when meeting new people where your stutter becomes more worse and obvious, then it’s definitely got to do more with psychological reasoning and your fear. And this thing used to amaze me that why my speech would work differently for separate situations. But this also concluded the fact that If I can speak with myself properly with no stutter, I can speak with anyone if I make the effort to practice. And that practice has to do everything with exposure therapy. This is the only method and the oldest trick in the book that works. There really is no other easy, short & simple way to cure your stutter in days and don’t waste your time trying to find for that because there’s no such thing as curing your stutter overnight. I know it’s gonna be super hard and overwhelming at first to practice speaking to people, but it is the only way out. And this has to be done a lot of times without holding back, this method needs consistency and hard work. It’s not gonna be a fast cure, it’s going to take time, practice & effort. If anyone is really interested in how to do self-exposure therapy for this, here’s a link to a video that really helped me and changed my perspective on the whole thing. https://youtu.be/rGzOs7tBJvQ?si=OxrK31\_jeArJhvHl
