In therapy I learnt breathing through stomach method and it did work for some time. Start by breathing through your stomach don’t talk just breath through your stomach until you get used to it. Next step is try speaking as the air you breath out. You can practise by reading a book or something. I managed to say about 6 words while breathing out without any stammering.
