Thank you really, i'm still figuring stuff out currently, i need to cut unhealthy habits of coping with my demons before those unhealthy habits turn to unhealthy addictions down the line, benzos are my vice when it comes to controlling my stutter but i soon realized I'm just giving control to a different being. they were prescribed but im currently self medicating at such a young age just trying to figure stuff out
