The way i see it the block just comes and goes but how we feel about it lasts. There's this onset and what happens next is easier to see as a mental game. The less we care the easier, like a finger trap that either gets tighter or looser depending on our reaction. If you have a presentation I can only recommend not to think about it at all. The more presentations the easier it becomes but like with going to clients houses or calling them, it's just something I got used to and stopped caring about. Ishowspeed is a funny example because imagine having all those eyes on you and see how much he doesn't care, it's like people can get with presentations eventually but it's hard to imagine that first time until you just do it. Over time it just becomes this chore, almost boring to an extent it's so commonplace. Same with my clients now, it's just a chore really. Now when it comes to blocking on words, first I don't dwell on it in the sense that I know this happens, it comes and goes, i don't care either way, what happens now, what happens next, it's that same feeling of it's just a chore, it's nothing personal anymore. I started with repeating, I'd repeat the word before the word I'd block on like it's a chore waiting for it to let go as oddly as it came. I care less and less. I hope this kind of makes sense if you can imagine it.
