Your boss should be a reasonable person. If you don't want to give a presentation in front of an all-company meeting, they should be fine with that. It can be a lot like doing a group project at school. Maybe you work on the presentation and speech with someone else, and they do all/most of the talking. Clearly, it depends on the job and your responsibilities. If you're in sales, you kinda gotta call people all day long. But also, maybe don't go into sales if you're not comfortable doing that. It really depends on the job. But generally ... people are reasonable, and if they're not, you probably don't want to work there anyway. Talk to your boss. They might not realize it bothers you. They might not know how to bring it up. But usually, most bosses will be understanding and supportive.
