The only thing in my life that ever helped me with my stutter was forcing myself to talk and talk to strangers I got my first job at 34 because of my stutter. I let it rule my life constantly. Now I'm working for the largest retail store in the US and saying words I have never been able too and I've wasted thousands of dollars on speech therapy. Go put yourself in situations you hate.
