I guess there could be many reasons for this. I haven't noticed anything "seasonal" myself, but since people in general are already susceptible to seasonal changes (stutterer or not), it seems plausible. However, maybe it's the _noticing_ that's more in effect (whether due to seasonal changes or not), and not actually the rate of stuttering itself. It's hard to tell without any solid data, really.
