Guided breathing exercises are simple, structured ways to focus on your breathing while speaking. The goal isn’t to “cure” stuttering, but to help people feel more relaxed, reduce tension, and make speaking feel a little easier in the moment. Some studies and speech therapy approaches suggest that mindful breathing can help reduce blocks or make speech flow more smoothly for some people, but it doesn’t work the same for everyone. Our focus is on giving people practical tools and support, alongside creating a safe space where stuttering is understood and accepted.
