Common Tapping Points: Side of the Hand (Karate Chop Point): Outer edge of the hand, below the pinky. Top of the Head: Crown of your head. Eyebrow: Where the eyebrow starts near the nose. Side of the Eye: Temple area, outside of the eye. Under the Eye: On the cheekbone, directly under the eye. Under the Nose: Between the nose and upper lip. Chin Point: Between the lower lip and chin. Collarbone: Just below the collarbone. Under the Arm: About 10 cm below the armpit, side of the body. Wrists (optional): Inside of each wrist. How to Use It: Focus on the problem or emotion you want to address. Rate the intensity on a 0–10 scale. Tap each point gently, while repeating a short phrase acknowledging the problem and accepting yourself E.G., “**Even though I’m scared people will discover my stuttering, I deeply love and accept myself.** Repeat as needed and notice if the intensity drops. The goal is to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and shift limiting beliefs or emotional patterns. Many people report feeling lighter, calmer, or more focused after a session.
