Stuttering while talking So I stutter from like 3rd or 4th grade. And I only stutter when talking to someone directly. I don't stutter when talking to myself or anything non-human. If I am recording in a camera I don't stutter but when I talk with someone on voice call or video call I stutter. If I am standing infront of a person I know some words stutter before they come out of my mouth. No specific words just random words while talking. I have found that only one random word stutters while talking in like middle of conversation but that stuttering causes a little anxiety or nervously and then I start to stutter more and I get more nervous and the cycle continues which leads to severe stuttering. I have tried to calm myself down with meditation which helped me somewhat from stuttering more after initial stutter. But the problem still remains, I need to get rid of the initial stutter. I also can't say the letter "R" When I try to say any word with letter "R" or "R" in general ,only "L" letter comes out replacing all "R". This has been around since like 4rd or 5th grade. So would love to know some solutions on this too.
