The cycle of negativity here has been a problem since forever on this sub, it’s been posted about many times over many many years. COVID seemed to actually make things easier for many people here, but since then things have gotten back to how things were if not worse. The problem being stuttering men are more likely to be isolated men, who are more likely to eat up ideologies of self victimhood. That’s not to excuse it at all but it’s my best explanation of effect here The other issue is people who don’t have issues with their stuttering for whatever reason, are less likely to post here anyway. The subreddit will just skew negative for that reason unfortunately
